Enter the classroom and re-live the atmosphere of our great-grandparents’ education. Can you hear? The bell is ringing. Quickly, take your places!
The classroom is set at the turn of 19th and 20th centuries when young Bohuslav Martinů started attending school. Take a seat at the desk with Bohoušek and learn what was the school like in times of our great-grandparents. You will learn how the school year was structured, try writing on the slate board, see the equipment and discover what was taught. Oh, and be sure to behave and be prepared to answer questions, lest you be sent to the dunce’s corner.
The welcoming atmosphere of the classroom is perfect for the short-term Christmas and Easter exhibitions, which can often be found here.
